Phil Chahine, DMD, FAGD

Dr. Phil Chahine became a dentist to offer compassion while helping people achieve their dream smiles. The most rewarding part of his job is seeing the confidence patients regain when they feel good about their smiles. A highly trained and experienced dentist, he believes each patient is unique and different, so each requires personalized and individualized care. Dr. Chahine’s philosophy is to treat his patients like friends in a professional, state-of-the-art, nonthreatening environment. He takes the time to listen to their needs and help them understand their treatment.

Dr. Chahine graduated in 2001 from the University of Montreal with a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree at the age of 22, making him one the youngest graduates ever for a DMD or DDS program. He completed his postdoctoral advanced training at The Ohio State University Medical Center, earning a GPR certificate. In 2007, Dr. Chahine received the prestigious Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction awarded to only 7 percent of North American dentists and symbolizing excellence in the dental profession. He is one of the youngest dentists in the country to ever receive this award, thanks to his commitment to providing the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in the profession.

Shelley Thompson, DDS

Hilliard, OH Dentist Serves the Community With Dental Services for Needy Youngsters

Dr. Shelley Thompson, a native of central Ohio, grew up in Mt. Vernon. She received her Bachelor of Science from Otterbein College (yes, back when it was the College), then obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 2001.

Dr. Thompson loves giving her patients quality dental care in a nonjudgmental environment and strives to treat her patients as she would treat family members. Dr. Thompson has served for several years on the Board of Directors for KidSMILES, a nonprofit pediatric dental clinic that serves the underprivileged children of central Ohio. The clinic is fully run by volunteer dentists and dental hygienists. Dr. Thompson still enjoys volunteering her time at the clinic.

Dr. Thompson resides in Dublin, OH with her significant other, Brandan, son Trent, and stepdaughters Olivia and Isabella. Pippa, the chocolate Lab, is the pride and joy of the family. They enjoy traveling, good restaurants, concerts, sporting events, and training for races.

Breanne Bleakmore, DDS

Originally from Dayton, OH, Dr. Breanne Bleakmore attended The Ohio State University, where she majored in nutrition and also obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Bleakmore’s main focus is to provide state-of-the-art dental care while making patients feel entirely at ease.

Dr. Bleakmore is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Society. A firm believer that one’s education should never end, she participates in many continuing education courses.

Her patients appreciate her positive attitude and gentle nature. She has been trained to use Invisalign and has an associate fellowship certification through the World Clinical Laser Institute.

Dr. Breanne Bleakmore on her education and the most rewarding part of being a dentist

While not in the office, Dr. Bleakmore enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. Her favorite activities include jogging, hiking, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Ohio State.

Ron Fowler, DDS

Our Hilliard, OH Dentist Ensures Patients Experience Minimal Stress

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biology from Washington State University, Dr. Ron Fowler got his DMD from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to earn his GPR certificate from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Fowler has been practicing dentistry since 2006. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is ensuring patients experience minimal stress and discomfort while undergoing the dental procedures they need. In his free time, he enjoys all kinds of exercise, especially running, and spending time with his kids.

Kareem Hatahet, DDS

Dr. Kareem Hatahet makes it his goal to please the patient. He is constantly coming up with methods and systematic approaches that will improve patient comfort and relaxation during appointments. He says the best part of his job is the satisfaction he receives from definitively correcting a problem when it arises.

Dr. Hatahet wanted to become a dentist because he wanted to be able to have direct interaction with patients in a medical setting. He also wanted to be able to exercise his creativity and finesse. This led him to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2015. He received a certificate of moderate conscious sedation from Miami Valley Hospital. He also completed an implant fellowship through DentalXP and NYU.

Patients love Dr. Hatahet’s conversational approach. He is very thorough in his explanations and goes the extra mile to help his patients fully understand what is happening. When he has free time, Dr. Hatahet enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also loves going on road trips and practicing photography. Of course, he finds time to read up on new dental procedures and techniques so that he is always improving as a doctor!
